Dear Colleagues:

Professor Klar’s Fleming Prize Lecture has now been published:  “The Ebbs and Flows of Tort Law – Reflections on a Half Century of Tort Law” (2017) 25 Tort L Rev 8.  It is a very interesting discussion of the philosophical movements in both the academy and in tort law doctrine over the last fifty years. Many ODGers and,  in fact, the ODG itself get mentioned.
